We are a sole proprietor company with over 40 years experience in civil engineering design, contract administration and Project Management based in Edmonton, AB.
Arvid Pederson, P.Eng., has been involved in numerous facets of projects primarily related to municipal infrastructure. He has managed multi-discipline projects, including building envelope, structural, mechanical, process, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines, in which project management and contract administration involving Owners, Consultants and Contractors has been a focus. Priority has been given to cost forecasting and controls to maintain project on budget and schedule.
Review of consulting engineering contract documents is available to provide an independent review to satisfy the Owner they are receiving the project as “contracted”.
Third Party Arbitration is also a service AHP could provide where two parties are in dispute over a contractual matter. Arvid was involved in a project which made Case Law in Canada; Lac La Ronge Indian Band vs. Dallas Contracting Ltd. He also has experience in contract administration and would provide a “common sense” approach to this process.
