Project Management services for First Nation projects includes interfacing with the selected owner engineering consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Providing cash flow projections for release by funding agency, preparing meeting agendas and minutes and authorization for payments to Owner and monitoring construction schedule are all major functions for this work.
Coordinating and obtaining costs for equipment on behalf of the Owner is also required for some projects. Preparing Terms of Reference for engineering consultants or Pre-Qualifying Contractors is also part of this service.
Advisory Services include: providing day-to-day advice on financial, technical, and administration processes and procedures.
